Peter Bösenberg
Germany
The works of Peter Bösenberg condense contradictory situations in our urban environment – the suggestive and subliminally evocative guides his gaze. The artist does not focus solely on obvious events on the surface but is interested in what can emerge from the hidden upon closer observation. Peter Bösenberg, who studied film at the Academy of Media Arts in Cologne, directs films and writes screenplays, thus transferring the narrative principle of cinematic succession into photography.
